    Role Overview: In this role, you will be primarily working remotely, with occasional on-site requirements at their client's office in Madrid.     Key Responsibilities

    -Play a key role in the technical roadmap on multiple different projects

    -Work in close collaboration with the Salesforce Business Analyst internally to identify requirements & improvements to the Salesforce platform



    Key Requirements

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate closely with a team of Engineers and a Project Manager (Scrum Master) to ensure readiness for Scrum Events and maintain the context/vision for the value delivered to client users and stakeholders.
    • Assist clients in identifying the most crucial work to support their long-term objectives.
    • Work alongside the Project Manager and Engineers to help clients define their Quarterly Priorities for Salesforce.
    • Facilitate stakeholder alignment discussions as necessary.
    • Define Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and determine areas where it's necessary to decline certain features.
    • Communicate significant information from these discussions to the internal team and uphold the context/vision for these Priorities during Scrum events.

    • After defining Quarterly Priorities, gather requirements from users and stakeholders to fully delineate the scope of Projects.

    • Manage client expectations regarding the delivery of Quarterly Priorities.

    Requirements:

    • 1 year of experience working with nonprofit organizations.
